Born:  December 7, 1938  -  Place:  Crookston, Minnesota. 
Parents:  Thelma and Oscar Sebby.

At El Segundo High School

Active in Varsity Football and Varsity Track; Member Varsity Club; Member, Drama Club, Voted "Most Friendly Senior".

Career

Lifelong pilot - Tested his first glider at the age of twelve, licensed to fly at sixteen, barnstormed the Midwest doing parachute free falls; more than 6,000 hours flying time in high performance, high power piston engine aircraft, including the P-51 Mustang and P-40 Warhawk fighters; participated in Mojave Air Races and the Reno National Championships; recipient of the Beede Flying Fellowship Award, Member, Warbirds of American, starred in feature film "FLY-IN".

"In flying, you're suddenly lifted up and out of yourself and become much more than you were a few moments before.....So too in life.... If you have a goal or a dream.... mock it up and dramatize it every day.  The magic of life is that you will then one day make it happen....It works for me!"
