Michael Peter Giannini Class of 1958 Born: March
31, 1941 - Place: New York City, New York. Parents: Frank and Vera Giannini. At El Segundo High School Valedictorian; Class President
for three years; elected Student Body President for two years (only sophomore student to serve as Student Body President);
elected Speaker of the House; Bank of America Achievement Award; Boys State Representative; earned letters in Varsity baseball
and football; Captain of All League Team. Academic Attended Yale University,
1958-60; received Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of California at Los Angeles in 1963; obtained Secondary Teaching
Credential from California State University at Long Beach in 1964; received Masters Degree from Loyola University in 1965;
and earned Juris Doctor from University of West Los Angeles Law School in 1970. Career Taught for eight years
at Mira Costa High School; Deputy Public Defender for fourteen years; Supervisor of Juvenile Court and Superior Court for
three years; Charter Member of the National College of Criminal Defense Lawyers and Public Defenders; faculty member of the
Orange County Bar Court Practice; Expert Witness for the State Assembly Committee and Public Safety; member of the Administration
of Justice committee and the Judicial Evaluation Committee of the Orange County Bar; currently serving as Orange County leading
