Class of 1956

Born:  May 28, 1938  - Place:  Sacramento, California. 
Parents:  Herbert K. Dodson and Agnes M. Erickson.

At El Segundo High School

Active in Student Council, House of Representatives and Varsity Club.  Lettered in Varsity Football, Basketball, Track, and Wrestling  Captain and Most Valuable Player in Football and Track; All Pioneer League First String Football for three years, played in the First South Bay All Star Game in 1956, representative on Boys League Cabinet.


Attended University of California at Los Angeles - played football and rugby, member Reserve Officers Training Corp, United States Army; received Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UCLA in 1962.


Commissioned as Captain in the United States Army Special Forces (Green Berets), served in United States Army from 1962 through 1964, worked as sales representative in New York for Revlon Corporation, currently President and Chief Executive Officer, Ledo Financial Corporation (mortgage brokerage services), San Diego County Chairman of the UCLA Chancellor's Association, Regional Chair of the Annual and Sustaining Gifts Committee - UCLA.  Trustee of the UCLA Foundation, sponsor of the Annual Ledo Charity Golf Benefit, Athletic and education groups in North San Diego County.
