Jack Cuzick, Ph. D.

Born:  August 11, 1948 - Place:  Hawthorne, California.
Parents:  Martin and Margaret Cuzick.

At El Segundo High School

President of Key Club, participated in basketball and baseball, member of the 1964 Babe Ruth World Champion Team; active in Boy Scouts; valedictorian.


Received Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Physics in 1970 from Harvey Mudd College; received Master's Degree in Mathematics at University of London in 1971; obtained his Ph. D. in Mathematics at Claremont Graduate School in 1974.


Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Columbia University 1975-1978; research fellowship at Oxford University during 197X-1982; currently Head of Department, Mathematics-Statistics-Epidemiology, Imperial Cancer Research Fund, London England; extensive work on statistics and epidemiology concerning cancer research.
